This product work with our rk3588 based GMSL video acquisition 和 GMSL-to-USB convertor .
Fetured function
MAX9296 can connect two cameras. If the cameras are of the same type, we can use fsync function of MAX9296 to sync two cameras (the cameras should support external trigger signal). This function is widely used in stereo camera system.
Meanwhile, MAX9296 can also concat two video source together, that is, the super-frame mode. Two videos can be concat back-to-back or line-interleaved mode.
As shown in following image, two 1080p videos, concat as one 3840*1080 video, and output to SOC via mipi. They are synced and view as one video source from receiver side. In this mode, the receiver side get “two camera image” at the same time.
